How to end your trial or cancel the Circuit subscription to avoid charges

During your trial

There are no charges during your trial. If you continue using the app after the trial period, you'll be automatically charged. To prevent charges when your trial ends, please cancel your subscription. You can find the cancellation instructions below:

Cancelling on iPhone or iPad

  • Make sure you're signed in with the correct Apple ID

  • Open this link on your iPhone or iPad

  • Select the Circuit subscription (*)

  • Tap 'Cancel Subscription'

OR

  • Open the Settings app.

  • Tap your name.

  • Tap Subscriptions.

  • Select the Circuit subscription (*)

  • Tap Cancel Subscription

Cancelling on Android

  • Make sure you're signed in with the correct email address

  • Open this link on your Android device

  • Select the Circuit subscription (*)

  • Tap 'Cancel Subscription'

OR

  • Open the Google Play app.

  • At the top right, tap the profile icon.

  • Tap Payments & subscriptions ⇾ Subscriptions.

  • Select the Circuit subscription (*).

  • Tap Cancel subscription.

  • Follow the instructions.

*If Circuit is not shown in your list of subscriptions, it means you don't have an active subscription for this account and you won't be billed.


How to cancel your Circuit for Teams subscription

To cancel your Circuit for Teams subscription, follow these steps:

  • Login to Circuit for Teams on a browser > click here to login

  • Go into settings

  • Press manage subscription

  • Cancel your subscription

After canceling
