Circuit allows you to customize the notifications that are sent to your recipients via SMS and email.

To do this, log into your account via the web client, click on Settings - Delivery updates. You will be the be present with the following page.

On this page, you are able to select whether you wish to send the notifications at all and the method that they are sent via.

To edit a particular notification, please click into the box.

In the image above, you are presented with the ability to change the title for emails and the whole message of the notification that is sent via both methods.

Circuit allows you to add a number of different options which can be specific to each and every recipient on the stop. For example, 'Team Name' will display the name of your team on the notifications that are sent out.

When making changes to your delivery updates, Circuit will display an example of what your recipients will see on the right hand side. Once you are happy with the changes you have made, make sure you hit 'Save'.

You are able to change all of the notifications that are sent out to your recipients/customers ( Delivery scheduled, Delivery successful and Delivery failed).
