Circuit doesn't recognize my subscription
You have an active subscription and paid the subscription fee this month, However, you can't access the full version of Circuit. Circuit asks you to start another free trial.
iOS (iPhone or iPad)
- Restore your purchase to solve the issue:
In Circuit, click the ☰ Menu on the left and go to 'settings' ⚙️. Now choose 'restore purchase' and log in with your Apple ID.
If you cannot click the menu, tap 'View subscription options', scroll all the way down and tap “Restore your purchase”.
- Delete the app and reinstall to resolve the issue.
- When downloading the app, make sure you use the same Google Play account you originally used to subscribe to Circuit . To change accounts on the google play store, follow these instructions.
Please be aware that it's not possible to share a subscription between Android and iOS. E.g. If you started a subscription on Android, you won't be able to access the full version of Circuit on your iPhone, unless you start a separate subscription on iPhone (and pay for a subscription on both Android and iPhone).
