Circuit is the software that your courier uses to deliver your orders.

When your courier adds you to their client portal, you will receive an email invitation from [email protected], and it will look like this.
Click the signup button, and you will be taken to a signup page
Enter the email and password you wish to use and login

How to import your orders to the client portal
Once you are logged in you will see one of two possible messages in the centre of the screen.
If your courier has invited you to their client portal with the ability to search for and track the live status of orders, but without the ability to import your orders to the client portal you will see this message.
Submit orders to courier
Circuit for Teams allows you to upload your orders and submit them directly to [your courier]. Reach out to [your courier] to enable this feature
Contact your courier directly (by email or phone) if you would like the ability to import your orders to the client portal enabled.
If your courier has invited you to their client portal with the ability to search for and track the live status of orders and import your orders to the client portal, you will see this message.

How to format your order data ready for importing
Before importing your order data into the client portal, you will need to format it correctly.

You do not need to complete every field, but the minimum information you must supply for each order are the address and recipient details.
You can import the following order data:
Spreadsheet column header | Description | Example |
Unit/Flat/Unit Name | The name of the stop, such as a building or business name. This is not street-level data |

Address Line 1 | The main address of the stop.
This must be street-level data. |
|
Address Line 2 | A secondary line of the address. |
|
City | The city the stop is in. |
|
State | The state/county the stop is in. |
|
Zip | The zip/postal code of the stop. |
|
Country | The country the stop is in. |
|
Notes | Any information you need the driver to know about the stop. |
|
Recipient Name
| Name of the recipient associated with the stop. |
|
Type of stop | Marking the stop as a delivery or pickup/collection. |
|
Recipient Email Address | Email address of the recipient associated with the stop. | |
Recipient Phone Number | Phone number of the recipient associated with the stop. |
|
Id | An ID, order number, or reference number associated with the stop. |
|
Package Count | The number of packages or parcels associated with the stop. |
|
Products | The products that are being collected or delivered to the stop. |
|
Latitude | The Latitude coordinates of the corresponding stop. |
|
Longitude | The Longitude coordinates of the corresponding stop. |

When you are ready to import your orders:
Click > Import orders from spreadsheet
Select the spreadsheet you want to upload
Follow the import process on the screen
You will see the message > Draft orders successfully imported
How to submit your orders for delivery
With all your orders imported as a draft, you can now select which of those orders you want to submit for delivery.
To submit orders for delivery:
Select the draft orders you wish to submit for delivery from the list
Click > Submit for delivery
Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be edited, but it can be withdrawn as long as it hasn't been assigned to a route by your courier.
You can check the status of submitted deliveries under > Active orders
How to see the live delivery status of your orders
The status of your orders will change as they move along the delivery process.
Draft > Submitted - when an order has been submitted for delivery
Submitted > Scheduled - when an order has been added to a route
Scheduled > ETA - when the driver starts the route
ETA > real-time status update - as the deliveries are completed
Using the sidebar:
Click > Search to search for the details of any order
Click > Draft to see your draft orders
Click > Active orders to see the orders that have been submitted to the courier and their live delivery status updates
Click > History to see all historical delivery data
