If the app is freezing, crashing or not working, please try to delete and reinstall the app. When reinstalling the app, make sure you're logged in to the correct google account or apple ID. When reinstalling the app on iPhone, you might need to restore your purchase.

To restore your purchase:

  • Open ☰ Menu;

  • Click 'Settings' ⚙️;

  • Choose 'restore purchase' and log in with your Apple ID.

If that doesn't work, click 'View subscription options', scroll all the way down and tap 'Restore your purchase'.
