Circuit allows you to customize the notifications sent to your recipients via SMS and email.

Log into your account via the web client and click on Settings - Customer updates. You will be present with the following page.

When you scroll down, you'll be able to edit delivery notifications:

As well as pickup notifications:

Here you can choose which messages to send notifications via, what information the updates contain, or even use the updates at all.

To edit a particular notification, please click on the box.

In the image above, you are presented with the ability to change the title for emails and the whole message of the notification sent via both methods.

Circuit allows you to add several options specific to each recipient on a route. For example, the 'Earliest time' and 'Latest time' would be unique to each recipient.


When making changes to your delivery updates, Circuit will display an example of what your recipients will see on the right-hand side. Once you are happy with your changes, make sure you hit 'Save.'

You can change all of the notifications sent out to your recipients/customers (Delivery scheduled, Delivery successful, Delivery failed, Pickup scheduled, Pickup successful, and Pickup failed).
