How to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription

Change your subscription to suit your business needs

If you need to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription you will need to do so via the Dispatcher dashboard and only Admin roles will be able to make this change.

You cannot make changes to subscriptions via the mobile app.

Log in to your Dispatcher dashboard go to Settings > Workspace > Plan or click here

You will be shown which plan you are currently subscribed to and the options to upgrade, downgrade or cancel your plan.

Making a change to your plan will affect the features and functions you have access to. The payment/billing will change on your next invoice.
