When setting up your Circuit for Teams account a minimum of one main depot is required, and all drivers must be assigned to at least one depot.

If you have more than one depot location, you can create multiple depots.

How to add depots

  • Go to Settings > Workspace > Depots

OR

  • From the overview page in the top left corner, click the drop-down menu, and then click > Create depot.

On the Depots page click the > Create depot button and then:

  • Name your depot

  • Set your route starting location and time

  • Set your route finish location and time

  • Set the average time at stop

  • Set the maximum stops per driver

  • Set the side-of-the-road preference

Depot settings will override any global account settings.

How to assign drivers to depots

Go to Settings > Workspace > Members and edit an individual team member to assign them to a specific depot.

Every driver must be assigned to at least one depot, and can be assigned to multiple depots.

How to switch between depots

From the Overview or Map view page in the top left hand corner of the screen click the drop-down menu. This menu allows you to select an All depot view or select individual depots to only see routes associated with them.

How to delete depots

You must have a minimum of one depot in your account at all times.

In Settings > Workspace > Depots click on a depot to edit it. You will see the option > Delete depot.

By deleting a depot, any existing routes and drivers will automatically be assigned to the main depot.

How to delete the main depot

To delete the main depot you must first select another depot to set as the main depot.

No driver, route, or stop data will be deleted when you delete a depot.
