How to cancel your subscription
There are no charges during your free trial.
You'll be automatically charged if you continue using the app after the free trial period.
Cancel your subscription using these instructions to prevent charges when your trial ends.
How to cancel your subscription on an iPhone or iPad
Check that you are signed in with the correct Apple ID
Open this link on your iPhone or iPad
Select the Circuit subscription
Tap 'Cancel Subscription'
OR
Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
Tap your name
Tap Subscriptions
Select the Circuit subscription (*)
Tap Cancel Subscription
How to cancel your subscription on Android
Check that you are signed in with the correct email address
Open this link on your Android device
Select the Circuit subscription (*)
Tap 'Cancel Subscription'
OR
Open the Google Play app
At the top right, tap the profile icon.
Tap Payments & subscriptions ⇾ Subscriptions.
Select the Circuit subscription
Tap Cancel subscription.
Follow the instructions.
How to request a refund
If you were charged after cancelling your subscription or forgot to cancel your free trial and have been charged, you may be eligible for a refund.
Unfortunately, we can't issue refunds from our end, but you can follow the instructions below to apply for a refund on Google Play or the Apple App store.
