How to edit your billing information, monitor usage, and see invoice history
Go to Settings > Workspace > Billing
The Billing page displays:
Which plan you are subscribed to
How many completed stops you have used
Your monthly spend
What payment method is on your account
Your billing information
Your invoice history
How to monitor usage
Go to Settings > Workspace > Billing
At the top of this page, you will see:
A running total of completed stops for the month
Your plan type, and monthly renewal date
Your plan's monthly base price
The cost per stop for any extra stops
The cost for any SMS recipient notifications sent
A running total of your monthly spend
How does billing work?
Each plan includes a number of monthly stops, which are renewed on the 1st day of your next monthly subscription cycle. Additional stops used outside of your plan allowance are charged per stop.
Using additional stops does not require any action from your end. Circuit for Teams automatically tracks your usage and will bill you accordingly.
A monthly bill will be sent to you automatically.
The total cost of your bill will include:
The base cost of the plan you are subscribed to
The cost of any additional stops charged at a price-per-stop rate
The cost for any SMS notifications sent

Example billing cycle
Month 1 - Plan base price
Month 2 - Plan base price + the cost of any additional stops used in Month 1
Month 3 - Plan base price + the cost of any additional stops used in Month 2

SMS Recipient Notifications
SMS Recipient Notifications are charged according to our messaging partner Twilio.

How to update your payment method
Go to Settings > Workspace > Billing
Under the Payment Method section, you will see your current payment info
Click > Add new payment method to add details of a new default payment method
Delete any old/expired payment methods

Under the Billing Information section, click to edit it
Update your billing information
How to download an invoice
Go to Settings > Workspace > Billing
Under the Invoice History section, you will see all your monthly invoices
Click on an invoice to view or download it
