How to move unassigned, unattempted, or failed stops to another route or the unassigned stops list

Circuit’s Move Stops feature allows you to move unassigned, unattempted, or failed stops between routes and the unassigned stops list.

How to move stops between routes or to the unassigned stops list

  • Click on the map view

  • Top right on the map click the dotted square 'select area' icon

  • A hexagonal grid pattern will be overlaid on the map view

  • Click to select the hexagon sections which contain the stop or stops you want to move

  • Using the toolbar at the bottom of the map click > Move stops

  • This will take you to the Move Stops view, where you can move stops to any route or back to the unassigned stops list

Use the toggle buttons if you want to:

  • Keep stops assigned to the same drivers

  • Keep a copy of the stops in the original route

  • Select the route you want to move stops from

  • Select where you want to move those stops to: an existing route, a new route, or the unassigned stops list

  • Click the blue Move Stops button

  • The stops you selected have now been moved


How to move stops when creating a new route

When creating a new route, click the button labeled ‘move stops from past route’:


This will also take you to the Move Stops view where you follow the same steps as above to move stops to your new route.
