Manually order stops, edit stop details, set time windows and more

How to reorder or reverse stops on your route

If you are not happy with your optimized route, you can reorder your stops in two ways:

How to manually reorder stops on your route

  • Tap > Refine and then > Manually order route

  • On the map draw a circle around the group of stops you wish to arrive at first

  • Next, draw a circle around the group of stops you wish to arrive at second

  • Draw as many groups of stops as you like in the order you want to attempt them

  • Any ungrouped stops will automatically be added to the route between groups in the most appropriate position

  • When you are happy with your groups tap > Reoptmize route

  • Tap > Confirm route to start your route

  • Tap > Continue editing if you want to make more changes

How to reverse the order of stops on your route

  • Tap Refine and then > Reverse route

  • This will reverse the order of stops and direction of your route


How to color code your stops

If you have certain stops that you want to highlight on your route you can now give them a different color to make them stand out.

  • Tap on a stop to edit it

  • Tap the default blue color icon in the top left

  • Choose a different color for that stop

  • Color coded stops will show as the chosen color on the map, and the progress bar

  • Mark a stop as a Pickup and it will automatically change to Purple

  • Mark a stop as having more than one package and it will automatically change to Teal


How to add notes or a photo to a stop

You can add notes and photos to a stop, which can be useful if you need to remember a gate code or want to take a photo of a package to record the condition it is in.

  • Tap on a stop to edit it

  • Tap > Add notes to add a note

  • Tap the camera icon to take a photo to add to that stop


How to easily find packages in your vehicle when you arrive at a stop

You can add information about where each parcel is in your vehicle to make it easier to find at the delivery address.

  • Tap on a stop to edit it

  • Tap > Package finder

  • Here you will see the Package ID that has been created for this stop

  • Select a package description

  • Tap > Small/Medium/Large, Box/Bag/Letter

  • Select a place in the vehicle for the package

  • Tap > Front/Middle/Back, Left/Right, Floor/Shelf

  • Tap > Done

  • On a stop you will now be able to see the package description and location eg Small Box BLS = Small Box Back, Left, Shelf


How to add multiple packages to the same stop

If you have more than 1x package for the same stop you can mark this on the stop

  • Tap on a stop to edit it

  • Next to Packages tap + or - to set the number of packages

  • For stops with multiple packages, it can also be useful to add notes or take photos


How to mark a stop to be delivered first, last or anytime on your route

You can choose single or multiple stops to attempt first or last on your route.

  • Tap on a stop to edit it

  • Next to Order tap > First, Auto, or Last

  • Tap > First and that stop will be attempted at the start of the route

  • Tap > Last and that stop will be attempted at the end of the route

  • If you don't select First/Last that stop by default will remain marked as Auto

  • Auto stops are fitted into the route in the most efficient order during optimization


How to mark a stop as a delivery or pickup

You can set a stop type if you have a combination of deliveries and pickups on your route.


How to set a delivery time window

You can set a delivery time window if you need to arrive at a stop at a specific time.

  • Tap on a stop to edit it

  • Tap > Arrival time

  • Add in the specific delivery time for that stop

Example

10am and Anytime - This stop will have an ETA any time after 10am

Now and 10am - This stop will have an ETA any time before 10am

10am and 11am - This stop will have an ETA between 10am-11am


How to set the amount of time to be spent at stop

You can set a custom time at stop if you have a delivery that will take longer than usual to deliver.

  • Tap on a stop to edit it

  • Tap > Time at stop

  • Enter the time you will need to spend at this specific stop

How to change a stop address

  • Tap on a stop to edit it

  • Tap > Change address

  • Find the correct address and select it

  • Your stop address will automatically be updated


How to duplicate a stop

  • Tap on a stop to edit it

  • Tap > Duplicate stop

  • A duplicate of that stop will automatically be added to your route


How to remove a stop

  • Tap on a stop to edit it

  • Tap > Remove stop

  • The stop will be deleted from your route


How to copy stops from one route to another

Quickly and easily copy any skipped, failed, or completed stops from one route to another so you can attempt those stops again on a different route.

You can copy stops when a route is completed:

  • Tap > Copy stops to a new route

  • Select the route you want to copy stops from

  • From the list, select the stops you want to copy

  • Tap the button to copy the selected stops to your new route

  • Your new route that contains the copied stops is now ready

OR

You can copy stops from the main screen menu:

  • On the main screen view, tap the ⠇menu

  • Tap > Copy stops

  • Select the route you want to copy stops from and to, or create a new route

  • Select the stops you want to copy across

  • Tap the button to copy the selected stops to your new route

  • Your new route that contains the copied stops is now ready


How to remove all stops from a route

You can remove all the stops from a route and start again from scratch.

  • Tap the ⠇menu next to a route

  • Tap > Remove stops

  • You will now have a blank route with the same settings but no stops
