You can make unlimited changes to your route and stops as you carry out your deliveries

  • Select the stop or route settings you want to edit

  • Changes that don't impact the route will automatically update

  • If you make changes that do impact the route tap > Apply changes

  • Then select > Update route or Reoptimize route

  • Now you can continue with your route with the latest changes applied

How to mark a stop as delivered or failed

When you complete a stop you can update the delivery status in two ways:

  • Tap > Failed/Delivered/Picked up on the stop details card

  • On the stops list you can swipe stops to the left/right to mark them as Failed/Delivered and swipe again to Undo that change

How to move selected deliveries to be the next stop on your route

Once you have started your route, if you need to move some stops to make those deliveries next, you can.

  • On the map tap the stop you want to make next

  • Tap the option to ‘make next’

  • You can select multiple stops to 'make next'

  • Stops marked as 'make next' will have a blue tick next to them in the stops list

  • After making changes to your route, you can update or reoptimize it

  • Updating a route simply slots any minor changes into your existing route

  • Reoptimizing calculates a route using every stop, which can create a totally new route

In most cases, choosing to update a route (rather than reoptimize) after selecting stops to 'make next' is the best option.

If you select more than one stop to 'make next,' the stops you have selected will automatically be put into the most efficient order.

Stops marked as ‘make next’ will take priority over stops marked as ‘first’ or with time windows set.

How to change your map view

You can switch between map styles to see more or less detail on your route.

  • Tap the square layers icon in the bottom right corner of the map

  • Tap this icon to toggle between a simplified route and detailed satellite view

How to focus your map on selected areas

You can zoom your map view in and out to see single stops or your full route.

  • Tap on a stop on the map, the map will automatically zoom in to focus on that stop

  • Repeatedly tap the pin/map icon in the bottom right of the map view to refocus your map view on a single stop, all stops, or full route view
