Add team members, assign roles and send login details

How to add Admins/Depot Managers/Dispatchers/Read Only roles

  • Go to Settings > Workspace > Dashboard members

  • Click > Add members

  • Enter an email address that will be used to send team members their login details

  • Enter each team member's full name, assign a role, and depot


How to add Drivers

  • Go to the main dashboard > Drivers

  • Click > Add new driver

  • Enter an email/phone number that will be used to send the driver their login details

  • Enter each driver's full name and assign a depot

Phone numbers must not include any dashes/spaces and be in the international format. Example +1 or +44

Team member login details

Login details are automatically sent to team members by email or text message.

When drivers receive their login details, they must follow these steps:

  • Open the text message they receive on their mobile phone

  • Click the link within the message to install the correct driver app


Team member roles and permission levels

Team Owner

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Permission level

The Team Owner role is automatically allocated to the person who creates the initial Circuit for Teams account. This role has unrestricted permissions, is not visible to other users, and cannot be deleted. To change or delete the Team Owner role, please contact customer support.


Administrator

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Permission level

Administrators have permission levels higher than a Depot Manager or Dispatcher, and they can manage:


Depot Manager

⭐⭐⭐⭐ Permission level

Depot managers have permission levels higher than a Dispatcher but can only manage:


Dispatcher

⭐⭐⭐ Permission level

Dispatchers have permission levels higher than a Read-Only role or Driver but can only manage:


Driver

⭐⭐ Permission level

Drivers can only access Circuit for Teams using the mobile app to create, edit, receive, and follow routes.


Read-only

⭐ Permission level

Read-only roles can only search and view account activity but cannot make any changes.
