How to view all delivery analytics

Delivery analytics is available to all plans but access to historical data is limited depending on your plan type

  • Pro plan = access to all-time data

  • Standard plan = access to 1 year of historical data

  • Essentials plan = access to 90 days of historical data

  • Starter plan = access to 14 days of historical data

Go to > Overview page > Analytics

How to monitor individual driver data and analytics

You can see a snapshot of driver performance when you view each driver's profile

  • Go to > Overview page > Drivers

  • Click on an individual driver

Here you'll see a snapshot of that driver's performance from the last 7 days which includes:

  • Total number of attempted deliveries

  • Delivery success rate %

  • Average lateness

  • A list of and links to their most recent routes

You can also edit driver details on this page. Click here to learn how to make changes to individual driver settings.
